Frequently Asked Questions
How often should area rugs be professionally cleaned?
Every 12–18 months for most households, and more often with pets, kids, or heavy traffic. Regular professional cleaning extends the life of the rug by removing the grit that abrades fibers.
Can you remove pet odors from rugs?
Yes. We treat pet accidents at the source with enzyme-based methods rather than covering odors with fragrance, which fades in days.
How long does rug cleaning take?
It depends on the rug's size, material, and condition. Bring it in or call and we'll give you an honest timeline before we start.
