What determines the price
Garment type & fabric
A cotton shirt and a beaded silk gown are different jobs. Delicates, pleats, and embellishments take more careful handling.
The work involved
A simple hem is quick; moving a zipper or resizing a waist is tailoring. We price the actual work, not a flat mystery rate.
